How QSee Works?
4. Attach documents—Let AI extract, populate, verify
Attach supporting documents (e.g. cut-sheets, O&M manuals, spec sheets) to each asset in QSee. QSee’s AI/ML analyzes those documents, extracts relevant metadata (model numbers, capacities, manufacturers, specs), and auto-populates the corresponding Revit parameters—further reducing manual data entry and improving accuracy.
Run daily compliance audits on all data—whether entered through Revit or populated from documents—and generate reports so your final model is fully validated and FM-ready.
5. Verify continuously
3. Export & edit outside of Revit
If editing asset data needs to happen outside Revit—whether by facility teams or external collaborators—export asset sets to QSee. Anyone can review or edit in a flexible, web-based interface.
2. Apply with Revit plugins
Import from Revit: one-click classification, auto-add required parameters, AI-filled suggestions for parameter values based on your standards and past models, and schedule generation for tracking.
Set up your owner’s requirements—parameters, classifications (OmniClass, UniFormat, MasterFormat, or custom), naming conventions, text styles, spaces, levels—and maintain a single, versioned cloud source of truth.
